J.D. Fogarty, Development Coordinator at Tejas Engineering Management, LLC, has over 25 years of on-site construction activity managerial experience. JD is our on-site liaison, coordinating efforts directly with construction and utility managers during pre- thru post-construction and site permitting. JD brings a proactive approach to on-site issues and is responsible for ensuring site construction checklists are complete before proceeding with final site acceptance. JD is knowledgeable in pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities to achieve Certificate of Compliance.
