Joe Pugh, development coordinator at Tejas Engineering Management, LLC, has over 19 years of experience in the Greater Houston area in Land Development and new home construction. Joe is currently managing single family residential communities from land acquisition to lot delivery. He also works extensively with districts to manage developer reimbursements from utility districts as well as developer programs for reimbursements from utility providers. Joe has worked with single family home builders in Houston as a Community Sales Manager and as a Community Construction Manager. He has used his strong communication skills to develop relationships in the building and real estate community. These relationships allow him to connect the professionals his partners and clients need to ensure projects are done correctly and on time.
