Nicholas Eppolito, development coordinator for Tejas Engineering Management, LLC, has over 6 years of experience in the Greater Houston MSA in Land Acquisition, development, and research. Nicholas currently serves our land acquisition role at Tejas in addition to managing single family residential communities. Nicholas works closely with various municipalities, districts, and other management entities through our development process. Nicholas has maintained a healthy relationship with real estate industry leaders in the Houston and Austin area to position land development deals for investors, and developers.
